Liberated bootleg (called "Heading to Nowhere") I picked up in about 1993. Packaging states Tracks 1-10 recorded Cleveland, OH during 1991 U.S. tour; tracks 11-17 recorded during 1988 US tour.

Research on net (and references by Mike) suggests that tracks 11-17 are actually part of a show in Amsterdam, Holland recorded 26 July 1987
